soon. We are fully insured for our professional infrared consulting, mold remediation and indoor air quality consulting work, claim reconstruction
and remodeling.

Advocate Insurance Restoration & Remodeling, LLC is owned by Todd and Julie Pascoe. We have owned properties in Northwest Florida for quite some time, but we are finally here and living the dream!!! As soon as we saw the coast and beaches, we knew where we wanted to be. We are proud of how much faith in God and all out Patriotism that there is in our area!!!
The Advocate companies and Noreaster Disaster Restoration were started in 2005 in southern New England where Julie and I were born and raised. Julie has a Masters Degree in education and handles office management, most of our design work and contents management. Todd runs site operations and brings 35 years of insurance claim and restoration experience to you. After four years in the US Air Force, Todd worked as a framer and in a lumber yard then was an insurance company staff adjuster for 18 years before starting the Advocate companies. He has numerous indoor air quality certifications and licenses, as well as infrared building science and weatherization certifications. He maintained his adjuster license until it expired in late 2021 and knows property insurance contract language and endorsements, and puts his experience to work for our clients.
PLEASE NOTE: Though certified to handle them, Advocate will refer or decline smoke and fire losses, sewer backups, trauma, bio and virus contamination sites. We would recommend other experienced vendors to you for that.
